You are likely very familiar with the benefits of HIIT and incorporate it into your training sessions and/or classes already. HIIT however, can be intimidating for some, and a one hour timeslot of this nature can be far too fatiguing for many group participants. This session features the high intensity work that we have grown to love BUT includes restorative mobility and flexibility work interspersed to provide balance and breathing room. Options will be provided making this session appropriate for both beginner and advanced participants. Attend this session to bring combinations and movements back to your own classes and clients.
