As a certified personal trainer, I began building my client base in the spring of 2022 right after receiving my certification. I help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, by incoperating healthy eating habits along with a exercise program that is taylored to their needs. Programming should always be individualized and never the same for everyone. I truly believe that a well-balanced program that is applicable to each person’s goals is very important.
