Glen Burgess

Glen has been a personal trainer since 2008 and a PRO TRAINER since 2014 teaching both the PTS and CPR courses. Since becoming a Personal Trainer, he has invested in always wanting to know more about the human body and helping improve from his own injuries and past experiences in health and fitness. In addition to canfitpro, he has worked as a Master Trainer with regards to TriggerPoint Performance and Advanced Training Systems techniques. Fitness is a true passion. He has over 13 years experience teaching private, small group, group fitness, corporate wellness, virtual fitness, and as an entrepreneur, incorporating fitness and technology into driven results for students and clients. He enjoys helping students to excel in what they need for the foundational concepts for a successful certification, but also ongoing as a fitness resource. There is strength in numbers and he is excited to help you help others transform their lives.
