I’ve been in the Health and Fitness Industry for 15+ years and have a wide array of experience. My passion for learning always drives me to take more courses and keep up to speed on newer research and trends. When I can, I love to impart experience and knowledge to others as a fitness educator. You can always expect a very technical approach to how I teach, and that I’ll do my best to make sure you’ll walk away confident in the content.
For the last 8 years I’ve also taken on Endurance sport, training for and completing 3 Ironman Triathlons, with more on the horizon.
