Working out should not be boring or a punishment but entertaining and fulfilling. This is my philosophy to all the Personal Training programs I create, or Group Fitness classes I teach. As a PTS, FIS and CPR PRO TRAINER the enjoyment of moving is so important. I bring my 30years + of practical, hands on experience of the fitness industry to all the courses I facilitate. I truly believe everyone can enjoy fitness as long as you find what the inspiration is.
