As an Educator, personal trainer, and former Athlete, I bring a wide spectrum of knowledge and expertise to all of my students. With a Specialize Degree in Kinesiology, 20+ certifications along with 15 years of personal training experience, I take complex training principles and simplify them for my students to understand. My goal for every course is to ignite higher levels of thinking and have students leave inspired towards their continuing education within the fitness industry. I am both thrilled and privileged to welcome you to our community!
