Alanna McGinn

Since 2007, sleep expert Alanna McGinn has worked diligently to establish Good Night Sleep Site as a number one sleep resource for families. She helps families (baby to adults) and team members at corporations to overcome their sleep challenges and be well-rested in the morning. Dr. Jennifer Tang

Dr. Jennifer Tang is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario, researcher, and humanitarian speaker. Jennifer has a clinical focus in pain / fitness performance, hormones, fertility, digestive health, and stress management. She incorporates her strong science background in molecular biology and evidence-based research to naturopathic medicine and principles.



Dr. Jonathan Mike

Jonathan Mike, PhD, currently teaches in the exercise science and sports performance program at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach and has contributed to dozens of online fitness, strength, and consumer outlets in the country. He has been involved with NSCA and previously served on numerous committees and special interest groups and has spoken at over 55 events including many for NSCA, and ISSN and other organizations. Jonathan has authored numerous peer-review and scientific publications and has written 10 book chapters related to sports nutrition and strength and conditioning. Jonathan is a sought-after presenter nationally and internationally. He is currently writing a book for Human Kinetics on Strongman Training for Strength and Performance.



Kelly Nolan

Kelly Nolan is a Pharmacist, Women’s Health Expert of 30 plus years and a #1 Best-Selling Author of “Restore Your Life: Powerful Life Strategies To Navigate Menopause”. She is also the CEO & Founder of Avita Integrative Health and Executive Director of Functional Medicine for WellpointCanada. Her extensive expertise in women’s health and specialized training in saliva hormone testing provides women with a very powerful tool and customized solutions to balance hormones naturally to overcome their worst symptoms during perimenopause and menopause. Her expertise also extends to male andropause.



Sarah Zahab

Sarah is a Registered Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist with over 23 years of fitness industry experience. She was recently awarded the canfitpro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year award for 2023. Sarah is the co-founder of Continuum Fitness & Movement Performance Inc, a multi-disciplinary clinic in Ottawa. Sarah is a nationally ranked race walker, former international fitness competitor and regular fitness expert on CTV Morning Live Ottawa.



Simone Samuels

Simone Samuels is a FIS, PTS, and a CALA certified fitness professional and canfitpro PRO Trainer. She sat on the board of the Body Positive Fitness Alliance and is a member of Fitness Professionals Against Weight Stigma. An expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Simone was the DEI Reviewer for the newly revised canfitpro PTS manual."



Yvette Raposo

Yvette’s journey within the fitness, combat sport and speaking industries has been as diverse and exciting as a boxing match itself! As a Champion Boxer, Award -Winning Speaker & Canada's First Female Professional Ring Announcer, Yvette's goal is to inspire people every day to develop their own personal stories in any way.
