Cassandra Vieten, PhD, is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Center for Mindfulness at UC San Diego’s Department of Family Medicine. She also serves as Director of Research at the Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination and Clinical Psychology Director at the Psychedelics and Health Research Initiative at UCSD. A Senior Advisor and former Executive Director of the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation, she is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, where she was President from 2013 to 2019.

Dr. Howlett is a Psychiatrist and Head of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Program at St. Joseph’s Health Centre - Toronto as well as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. He also works as an educator, administrator, and researcher. Dr. Howlett co-founded the Fathers’ Mental Health Program (www.fathersmentalhealth.com). It focuses on the mental health of expectant and new fathers and is the first of its kind in Canada.

Rob has been a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with canfitpro since 2011. He owns and operates MyKindaFit, providing personal training, small group workouts, and online Spin classes. Active in suicide education and prevention, Rob facilitates two suicide intervention workshops and is a long-standing member of the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council.

Kenny M'Pindou is a bobsled athlete with aspirations for the 2026 Olympics. Born in Montreal and raised in Edmonton, he has faced and embraced the challenges of a speech impediment from a young age. Kenny is dedicated to inspiring others with similar challenges, demonstrating resilience and capability in all his endeavors.

Dr. George Makrides, ND, an entrepreneur and speaker based out of Toronto, is focused on the applied art and science of health, longevity, and functional/integrative medicine. Furthermore, he has a passionate interest in both holistic mental health and preventative medicine. He is on a mission to transform how people view health & wellness.
