    Influence: Ability to influence is the capacity to inspire, guide, or persuade others toward a desired outcome or course of action. It involves effective communication, emotional intelligence, and building trust to shape opinions, drive change, and foster collaboration.
    Inspiration: Inspiration is the process of being mentally or emotionally stimulated to take action, create, or pursue a meaningful goal. It often arises from people, experiences, or ideas that ignite passion, awaken purpose, and motivate individuals to strive for something greater.

    Community Impact: Community impact is the positive and lasting effect an individual or group has on the well-being, growth, and development of a community. It includes meaningful contributions—such as volunteerism, advocacy, and fundraising—that address local needs, support charitable causes, and create opportunities for collective improvement and social change.
