½ cup tomatoes
½ cup sun dried tomatoes
1/3 cup walnut pieces
¼ tsp sea salt
- Combine tomatoes, sun dried and fresh, along with crushed walnut pieces. Add salt. Either pulse or mix together depending on desired consistency. I also like to add parsley and turmeric.
- Spiralize zucchini, or slice fine to mimic pasta.
- Add together, take two big, deep breathes and enjoy!
